Wishing upon a rose -closeup-

After "the Little Mermaid", here comes "the Little Prince"

You might know that story written by St Exupery in 1943. It tells the story of a pilot whose plane crashed in Sahara, where he meets a strange young boy with golden hair.
The little prince left his small planet which was too small and invaded by baobabs to discover the stars and every planets around. However, he parted from a gorgeous rose he loved and took care of to begin his journey... His thrist for knowledge and his need for friends lead him to many surprising and precious meetings, which enlighten his reflexions about the world. A little tale for children, and grown up children

I know that painting may look sort of childish compared to the others, but I find a lot of poetry in this tale and I could'nt help but to draw something about it I even would have prefered to paint stars in the sky, but maybe next time ...
